Client - Lyft & NOLA Jazz Fest

Sourced local jazz musicians such as Trombone Shorty to ride along with festival goers for Jazz Fest New Orleans.

Created and developed a budget and timeline for Lyft. Worked closely with Lyft to uphold their vision while actively managing musicians, drivers and other contractors involved such as and production venues for a flawless delivery.

DISASSEMBLY : BROOKLYN is a site-specific, participatory installation that examines consumer electronics through the lens of sustainability and global social justice. The artwork explores the untold story of the consumer electronics lifecycle, and the devastating environmental and labor conditions of offshore recycling.

I managed outreach to our community partners and leveraged marketing packages in exchange for funding the production.

Role - Head Of Production at Rival Group

Client - Indie, Hot 97 Who’s Next, Emmis Communication

I managed our team’s client relations, timeline and asset reviews to build and launch a Facebook Chatbot for Ryan Leslie and Hot 97’s New Music Discovery Platform ‘Who’s Next?!’.

Through user research and feedback, we successfully gained traction in monetizing the app - specifically, $17k of revenue in a five week soft launch, with 30% payment conversion, and a 40% increase in session length amongst users.

I managed our team’s client relations, timeline and asset reviews to rebuild their website and backend management system.

Through product design workshops, user research and feedback, we designed and developed a new app for their clients to support the growth of their business.

2016

Role - Creative Project Manager at Cunning NYC

Client - Abbott

Partner - BBH

My team created a branded parkour set and heartbeat light-reactive pillars to educate marathon runners about peak performance and health.

I worked with Abbott, BBH and contractors such as fabricators and the parkour team to ensure that all creative assets were reviewed and executed for a flawless delivery. We then brought the activation back to the states and set up the same production for the Chicago Marathon.

2016

Role - Creative Project Manager at Cunning NYC

Client - Lyft

My team wrote comical scripts, selected talent, and created props for an in-car production where riders had the option to order a prank for April Fools Day in three different markets. We provided surprise and delight in Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York City.

I created and developed a budget and timeline for Lyft. I found and managed a film production crew to capture the hilarious moments of the day and deliver them back to Lyft’s content team to be released on their media channel.

2016

Role - Creative Project Manager at Cunning NYC

Client - Lyft & SONY for Ghostbusters

My team worked with Lyft and SONY to produce a five market activation in support of the new Ghostbusters which was released in July of 2016. Our nearly half a million dollar budget covered the rental of several Ecto-1 cars, transforming 25 Lyft driver cars into Ecto-1 look a-likes and managing a five teams across Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Boston, New York City, and San Francisco.

We brought on a fabricator to build car topper props and I selected and coordinated the design and fabrication of vinyl car wraps in each market. I found new producer partners in Washington D.C. and was a leader on our mass production calls which included all of our drivers and five local production teams.

2006

I was brought on to the Tech Beach team to help coordinate logistics of their inaugural event. I created daily content at the event for guests and assisted with the entire flow of the conference. I conducted the panel on Artificial Intelligence.

2016

I was one of twelve presenting artists to participate in the 50th anniversary and revival celebration of Bell Labs Experiments in Art and Technology.

I presented several projects I was representing including a solar powered iridescent kinetic chandelier installation, a ganzfeld perception experience, and a cognitive fountain that was designed with the intention of partnership with IBM and Madison Square Park.

2015

Role - Director of Development

I programmed the main space & window gallery with over 20 interesting, relevant artists in just 5 months.

I coordinated, produced and hosted bi-weekly events across all three spaces involving live performance, artist panel discussions, fundraisers, product launches, interactive new media showcases & holiday celebrations.

I drafted and negotiated artist, rental and vendor contracts, insurance and permit requirements for every event. Collected payment and kept record of all rentals and finances.

I built costumes with Ami Goodheart and managed her talent during live event and commercial productions.

2013

Role - Director of Resources

Client - Resolute Record Label, Collective Craft

Celestial Matter was an 18 hour event that combined a traditional gallery format with a cuisine from a local cafe, techno music, a live band, signature cocktails and installations from 40 different artist from around the globe.

I was responsible for selecting artists with my team, booking and managing the band, working with our clients to ensure that logistics were streamlined, and working with our artists so their art could be displayed and then sold in a professional manner.

In 2014, I had the fortune to work with this amazing team and style this music video using costume jewelry I made and clothing I borrowed from local show rooms in down town Los Angeles.

2018 - Current

Role - Tour Manager

Routed and planned travel logistics and tour timeline.

Ran merchandise display and sales, fulfilled band rider and backline rentals. Communicated with all parties involved to deliver timely shows. 

Gained artist’s trust through thorough communication, direction and empathy. Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills when reservations were incorrect or suddenly changed.
